In 2024, we have decided to go with one date for all registration and release forms. Please feel free to reach out to your local SWCD (find your SWCD) prior to then with any questions, comments, or intent to take part.
Deadlines: April 5, 2024.
Each year, we plan to make the first Friday in April the deadline for all paperwork to be submitted.

Registration form must be turned in with all team members and alternates to your county's Soil and Water Conservation District

All signed release forms must be received by your county's Soil and Water Conservation District. A signed release form must be received for all individuals, including advisors, who will be on site for the event. In a change from the past, the state and national envirothon is now accepting a scan of the signed document, they no longer need us to collect the original signed copy. This means that you can now email these signed release forms to your county's SWCD educator. They are not yet accepting an e-signature, they still require a physical signature.
